Boat based Whale watching from aboard the Advantage I vessel - we are the only licensed operator in St Lucia.
The whales migrate past this stretch of coastline between May and December each year, heading north to calve or mate in the warmer Indian Ocean, moving as far as Mozambique and Madagascar, before returning to the Antarctic to feed.
Tours take about 3 hours as there is a lot to see - bring camera and warm clothing as it is always colder at sea and there will be a lot to photograph!

Your whale-watching guides – Danie, Bien and Berno all have tremendous experience and knowledge of the area and the animals and other species you will encounter. Should you be at sea with Danie for longer than 2 hours and NOT see a whale, you will receive a 40% refund of your fare! That is how good we are…

Deep Sea Fishing
Advantage Charter is a 32 foot Yeld Cat, fitted with 2 x 250HP Suzuki motors, all necessary rods and reels and outriggers that an experienced fisherman could need. Charters for Marlin Fishing can be arranged (day charter), departing just after sunrise for 6-7 hours of fishing experience. We recommend Catch and Release, but if you really want it, it is yours to keep!

Wetlands & Estuary Tour
The St.Lucia Estuary begins in the town and boasts one of the largest collection of Hippo in South Africa. The Wetlands Park, proclaimed a World heritage Site in 1999 adjoins the estuary and just a short way off is one of the oldest game reserves in South Africa. Come join us on board the majestic luxury ferry to view hippopotami, crocodiles, mangrove swamps, birdlife and some of the highest vegetated dunes in the world
